According to the Taxi Act, children under three years of age may sit in the backseat of a taxi without a child seat or seatbelt. In the front seat, children and adults taller than 1.35 meters must use a seatbelt. Children smaller than 1.35 meters must use an approved child seat in the front seat of the taxi. It is possible to order a child seat with us when you order a taxi to or from Schiphol.
